- Information you submit. When you fill out our contact form, request a consultation, or email us, we collect your name, email, phone number, and any message content you choose to share.
- Automatically collected. Our servers and analytics tools log standard information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and time spent on pages.
- Booking data.Consultation appointments booked through Fresha are handled on Fresha's platform under Fresha's own privacy policy.
- What we do NOT ask for on the Site. Please do not submit sensitive medical information, social-security numbers, or insurance details through the public contact form. Share that information only during your clinical visit or through a HIPAA-compliant portal.

- Respond to your inquiry and schedule your consultation.

- Send service-related communications (confirmations, reminders, changes to services). We do not sell your information.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of patients, staff, or the public.

Protected Health Information collected during clinical care is governed by HIPAA. Our Notice of Privacy Practices describes how PHI may be used for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations, and lists your rights, including the right to access, amend, and request an accounting of disclosures of your records. 8. Data Security
We use HTTPS across the Site, limit staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and work with vendors that use industry-standard safeguards. No online system is 100% secure.
